I am so happy to announce that from August October 2021 Hobart Breathing Space regular Lauren Burke will be offering a monthly women’s yoga circle.
This women’s yoga circle offers you a chance to restore, replenish and rejuvenate your whole being through authentic self-expression and exploration. This is a space for you to deep dive into our inherent interconnectedness, to learn from and feel the support of other women. Each circle will be themed around an intention or topic, to be explored through a combination of yoga and movement, reflective meditations, creative practices and a safe container for sharing together. We circle together to be seen, to have our stories heard and to be celebrated and supported in our truest expression. There is no pressure to share, witnessing is welcome too. Practices will be gentle and restorative and all ages and levels of experience are welcome. What’s included: Each month with be a little different but will typically include a combination of a supportive sharing/discussion space, gentle hatha yoga or other movement, meditation and pranayama, yoga nidra to allow the nervous system to rest and restore, journalling practice, ritual and intention setting, chai and herbal tea. Investment: $25-$35 sliding scale (pay what feels right for you) For bookings or info text Lauren on 0401448214. Love and Light, Julie Sacred Seeds Yoga School's next holistic yoga teacher training program will begin in Spring 2021. We will prepare you to deeply reflect and investigate your own practice and inner life while also giving you the tools to share those insights and the knowledge of yoga with others. Our training includes techniques in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative and Prenatal! You will learn the difference in these styles and, depending on your own goals and desires you will learn the art of teaching them. Our training is designed to be unique to each student providing intimate one-on-one work alongside group dialogue and learning. We've graduated over 45 teachers now and most of those students are teaching yoga in their own businesses or in local yoga communities around Hobart. We're dedicated to your journey and you flourishing as a yoga practitioner and teacher. For more information or to apply go to https://www.bijayogatas.com/ssys-teacher-training.
