The Ashtanga Primary Series is called “Yoga Chikitsa” or yoga therapy.
As a postural sequence, it is designed to tone the nervous system, build strength, and cultivate flexibility.
The class will be guided at a slow and steady pace with adaptations to make it accessible for all — whether you are just starting out or familiar with the practice.
