Interestingly, our word HEALTH comes from the Anglo Saxon word HALE meaning WHOLE (as in “hale and hearty “). To be healthy is to be whole, so come along and explore our winter offerings in the Space. I feel sure they’ll support your well-being and nourish your soul in the cold, dark days ahead.
As well as our regular Yoga classes with Lauren, Leela and myself, we also have Breathwork sessions available with Ninna and a range of counselling and psychotherapy sessions.
From the beginning of June, Hobart Breathing Space also welcomes Eri Mullooley-Hill Konishi with her Befriending Our Bodies program on Monday evenings.You can read about Eri and find her contact details on the “Our People “ page.
In July we’re excited to welcome Melbourne duo Paul Williamson and Dee Gutierrez for a series of Past Life and Evolutionary Astrology workshops. Topics include The Alchemy of Manifestation and The Origins Of Our Soul. More details will be available shortly on our Facebook page. In August we’re delighted to have Meghan Powell for a series of Sunday mornings diving deep into the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced students these workshops will explore Ashtanga Vinyasa as a systematic approach to harmonising movement, breath, and gaze to cultivate strength, flexibility, and transformation of body and mind.
